Delivery within the UK
We guarantee that orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of ordering. However most orders will be sent the same day or next working day. Small orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. For larger orders we use a courier service.
Delivery is free for all orders over £100.
For all other orders, delivery is only £2.95.
Delivery outside of the UK
All orders outside of the UK are sent airmail using International Signed For delivery.
Delivery is charged at cost according to total weight. Please check the shipping estimator in the shopping basket for actual cost. Please note that the maximum weight for non-UK deliveries is 2kg.
Defective Goods
Any goods found to be defective must be returned to us as soon as possible for a full refund (including your postage) or a replacement. Please contact us immediately if you find your goods to be defective.
